Ive been on depop for awhile now and I absolutely love it! Ive made a lot of sales on depop and the app is super fun and easy to use! such a great way to sell and buy so many different items.

Please change the address situation back. Its really annoying to have to select the address I want an item shipped to, every single time I even want to check the shipping price on an item. The "Sold" and "Purchased" tabs are all messed up. Please change it back to how you could see the reviews left on an item in the "Sold" or "Purchased" tabs. Notifications for reviews do not go away now. Please fix.

This is an amazing app that I am on for the most part of my day. It truly is amazing it has fantastic features. It is honestly a better eBay!

Love Depop so much, its my main source of income. But there are a few things that need to be changed. When I sell an item, it only shows the buyers city and not the state, so I now have to ask them directly, very very inconvenient. It would be super helpful if there was a way to buy more than one thing without paying for shipping more than once, like a "cart", and a promo code option would be great too. Also I received feedback from a customer and the notification wont go away after Ive already looked at it.

Was very easy to use before the update, but having to click on shipping address Everytime trying to buy is annoying, and taking out feedbacks from sold/purchased was unnecessary. Now I cant find a way to make the notification disappear. If these are fixed, def a 5 star.

Love the app & I dont usually have issues with it, but with these recent 2 versions I have been unable to clear my feedback notifications. As opposed to before, where when someone leaves feedback you can read it & clear the notification, the feedback option (typically accessed by tapping on x user left you feedback) is not showing up, so there is no way to clear the notification.

dont usually rate apps, but this app has very easily become my life since the moment i downloaded it. not only that, but a second source of income for me which has been really nice! so many amazing finds on here and theres an added sense of community on this app that you wont find from other shopping apps like mercari. if you enjoy thrifting or online shopping in general, this app is definitely for you. i recommend this app to EVERYONE i know and usually use the term "online thrifting" to best describe it. love it, highly, HIGHLY, recommend.

Depop is basically an online easily accessible and stylish thrift shop. Cool current and vintage gems can be found for cheap prices and offers can even be haggled. Entire processes of buying and selling are beyond easy, too.

Ive been selling on Depop for about 1 year and a half, now. Other than minor technical difficulties, if you know what youre doing, its a great and convenient app to sell on. The platform is super easy to use and it can help so much. However, there are many concerns. Sellers are able to get what is called "Staff Picked" which enables your follows to go up dramatically, resulting in plenty of traffic and sales if youre working at it. But now, there couldnt possibly be enough new people joining the app for that to function. I think that to be fair, and to keep this app going strong, they need to come up with different ways to help new serious users make just as many sales(and followers) as anyone who joined when the app was booming wouldve. I also find it odd that they will leave either popular instagramers or famous people on the staff picks for months at a time(when they havent made a sale in months) instead of giving a fair chance to people who are trying to establish a business and could potentially make Depop a lot of money. Another vital thing, as many have stated, is that it ought to have a method of age verification because there are a tremendous amount of under aged kids who steal their parents money to buy, or just flat out waste your time. I fear that the app will not function for too much longer due of the complete lack of customer service and total unprofessional decisions that the developer seems to be making. The only way to receive service is to come into personal contact with the community manager(who is very friendly and helpful) which isnt the easiest thing to do, and Im sure he doesnt want to be bombarded on his personal accounts. Otherwise, it almost appears as if the developers dont care much since theyre making 10% of every sale in fees. Maybe Im wrong about that, but I just cant see where that money could be going by what Ive observed about this company. Anyway, it would benefit the users, and the company as a whole if some foundational adjustments were made to keep this app appropriately fair and a great place to sell for anyone.

Last review I gave 5 stars, this app still deserves 5 stars but some things have been annoying me lately. 1) someone left a review for me when I purchased their item and there is a constant notification there that wont go away 2) I used to be able to click "buy" to see the shipping cost along with the regular cost for the item, and now I have to click on my address again, which is quite annoying. 3) under my liked items, it would be extremely helpful and useful if the "sold" sticker would pop up on the item before clicking on it. I probably go through my liked items twice a day which becomes very annoying and could be fixed so easily!! 4) thats it(: thanks for reading this review! I love you, depop

I now am not able to see shipping costs. Other than that, I enjoy this app, Ive purchased plenty of items for great deals, I dont think I will ever sell anything though

Apparently there was a update to lower the amount of storage depop uses. Well, funny story, the amount of storage depop uses increased on my phone. Which is incredibly annoying since storage is a struggle already. Over 2gb worth of storage is ridiculous. The address thing doesnt bother me too bad but I can see it being tedious for others. The app crashes a lot when uploading/editing items but I just always send a crash report in hopes it helps fix the issue.

Ive used this app to sell vintage clothes and streetwear. Ive noticed a slight decline in the streetwear aspect, but its still a good app for buying n selling.

I love this app! I have sold a decent amount of things in the past 6 months, which has been really helpful! BUT theres a few things you guys could improve upon... such as being able to adjust your feed and the placement of your items in an easier way. Also the following limit.. WHY why why did you guys place a following limit :( all the scam accounts literally follow no one so I dont see the point of it. I also think you guys should put add a feature that allows you to safely trade, since its so popular on the app. Lastly, I think you guys should allow the messages to be sorted by read and unread, because that would be helpful. Other than that, depop is a perfect community for selling and I truly appreciate this apps creation. add me on depop: brwnangel

I purchased two things off this website and neither items ever came. I tried to reach out to customer service for help since my money was stolen but I received no help. I am absolutely furious. Its been several months and I have never gotten my money back, even after the numerous emails and complaints. So basically there is rampant scammers on this app and be very hesitant before you purchase something. Especially if its worth a lot of money.
