When I first downloaded this app, I had high hopes of selling my stuff and making good profit. I later found out that they take 10% from what you sell, which in my opinion is a little high. I sold a jacket and the buyer changed his mind and when I emailed Depop for a refund from the percentage that they took they told me that it was non refundable. I sold a few more items and was successful with the sell but yesterday I checked my account and it would not let me log on nor would it let me see other peoples pages. A customer had told me that my page no longer existed when he went to check it. Without warning they deleted my account.

Depop is probably the best app for buying/selling. The community is great and friendly overall. I would recommend this app to anyone that needs to sell items they no longer need and to anyone thats looking to thrift!

I like this app but its having too much problems I cant seem to get rid of bookmarks and when Someone messages me I dont get any notifications that I received a message and if I read the message the notification wont go away fix this please!! Other than that great app

After being a featured seller, my sales went up. Very easy to use. Love the Instagram-style layout.

super great app for buying clothes at better prices

This app is exactly whats advertised; Quick, safe, and convenient thrift shopping. I do just have one suggestion, when sellers are putting up items there should be categories for example if Im selling shoes. >clothing >shoes >vans This makes it easier for customers to navigate items and find exactly what they want.

When someone sells an item they take 10% ! Like come on thats way too much!! I suggest dropping it at least a little bit

cool way to make money, but..

Even though it does have some good deals, I was robbed and I only got half of my money back. When I reported it they did nothing about it and I lost my money.

Easy to use- good support and community

So you see something you like, buy it and it never arrives. A month later the seller still not responding, app support completely ignores all of your multiple inquiries and is useless- basically a waste of your time, money and any goodwill. They will not refund you. A complete scam!

Dont even think of download the app !!

Great app to buy some stuff but only 3 stars because there is no depop wallet, because my country doesnt support selling via paypal. Need that so hard.

Cant really go wrong with an IG style and an easy set up for PayPal. Have sold two items and bought one so far with zero issues.

Depop is hands down the best App to Sell & buy on. They make it very easy to list items and to communicate with customers, Seems like all the other Selling & Buying Apps are very complicated & Hard to use but depop definitely Designed and made the best one around. Also Ive found some hidden gems.

Depop is an amazing app. I definitely recommend it to anybody. I know online shopping can be kind of risky but not with Depop. People on Depop are so kind and they describe anything and everything about the item so you know if it is for you. I love Depop I hope you do too.
